Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for standard, off-the-shelf industrial hardware. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
* Hardware must be in its original, uninstalled, unmodified, and unmounted condition.
* Products must be returned in original packaging with all included M12 connectors, mounting brackets, and documentation intact.
* An approved RMA Number and proof of purchase are required.
2. How to Request an RMA
Do not ship hardware back without an authorized RMA number. Unsolicited returns will not be processed.
* US Customers: Upon RMA authorization, our support team will provide instructions and the destination address for our US Return Facility.
* International Customers: Upon RMA authorization, instructions and designated regional processing facility details will be provided via email.
3. Defective Items & Warranty Claims
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or with an incorrect product configuration, contact support@andont.com immediately with photos/videos and PLC diagnostic details (if applicable). Verified defective items will be replaced directly from our US stock at no additional shipping cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
* Custom-configured products (special cable lengths, non-standard voltages, or custom pre-programmed firmware).
* Clearance or End-of-Life items.
5. European Union Orders & B2B Notice
* Because ANDONT products are industrial components sold strictly for commercial and system integration use (B2B), statutory consumer regulations regarding mandatory 14-day cooling-off periods (Right of Withdrawal for B2C consumers) do not apply to corporate purchases. All EU business orders are governed by our standard 30-day B2B return policy and RMA authorization rules outlined above.
6. Refunds & Restocking Fees
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Non-defective B2B returns may be subject to a 15% restocking and re-testing fee.
