Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days for in-stock items.

Bulk orders and customized products may require additional production time (7–21 business days). Production time will be confirmed in the quotation.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Sea Freight (for large bulk orders)

Our primary markets include the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • North America: 2–30 business days

  • Europe: 4–30 business days

  • Other regions: 5–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

For bulk orders, shipping costs will be quoted separately.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

ANDONT is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.


7. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email within 48 hours after shipment.
